For accounting, econ4 offers practical options for evaluating and sending energy costs. The sustainability reports can be set up and fed with the help of CO2 -reporting.
With cost and CO2-reporting, the recorded energy data can be made available to other departments and functions within the company. The measured values are converted into the desired measured variables using appropriate conversion factors. The factors can be recorded on a time-dependent basis, e.g. to reflect changes at monthly level due to contract amendments. The automatic distribution of the evaluations both graphically in PDF format and as an open CSV or XLS file ensures simple utilization by the recipients.
